Manual lenses on EOS M | About pictures and pixels
https://thinksmallpixels.wordpress.com/2015/02/16/manual-lenses-on-eos-m
About pictures and pixels. Bragging about pictures and toys. Manual lenses on EOS M. February 16, 2015. I just received my EOS-M to EF lens adaptor in mail this week. I order one from China for only 15 quids. Is working fine with Canon’s lenses, but a bit slow. I prefer to switch on “manual” mode and handle the focus myself. Today the day was not too bad so I thought to give it a try using Leica R 50 mm F2 Summicron lens. Is actually not too bad! Canon EOS M, first impressions. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

New year, new beginning? | Photo Story
https://myphotomosaic.wordpress.com/2015/02/02/new-year-new-beginning
Just another WordPress.com weblog. Published on February 2, 2015. New year, new beginning? I looked at the posts I had written and I realised that it is now just an archive sitting in a virtual space. I have my excuses, a long list of it, the usual suspects: no time, exhaustion, writer’s block, the list goes on. So here’s to New Year resolutions, the list I would create as a result of the guilt that pops up at the end of every year when I ask myself “so what have you achieved so far this year? Started th...

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Published on February 4, 2015. I got a jetlag of some sort during the first week. I felt really disoriented and after more than a month, I actually feel depressed. We resorted to taking vitamin D suppplement because the lethargy was so great that you just feel like resorting to alcohol to numb the feeling. Do I sound melancholic? This entry was posted in:. One just can’t help but to feel precious ‘personal space’ is after living in an island city with about 4 million (or is it 5 now? Bloomsbury Coffee House | Photo Story

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Published on March 12, 2015. One of the perks of working around Bloomsbury area: cafe in every corner. Bloomsbury Coffee House was one of the first independent cafes that I visited when I started my work in London. It is at basement of an old block in Tavistock, right under St Athans Hotel. I really like the flat white and I keep going back for it in the afternoons when our office cafe is closed. This entry was posted in:. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Tea, milk and biscu...
Late Winter/Early Spring in Colchester | Photo Story
https://myphotomosaic.wordpress.com/2015/03/09/late-winterearly-spring-in-colchester
Just another WordPress.com weblog. Published on March 9, 2015. Late Winter/Early Spring in Colchester. Going through autumn and winter in the UK has been quite an experience. When I arrived in August, it was still relatively warm and the sun doesn’t set till about 7pm. As we gradually move on to October and November, the environment changed. Along with the drop in temperature, leaves start to fall and I’ve been photographing same spot over the months to record the change:. This entry was posted in:.

Just another WordPress.com weblog. L’Entrecôte (Suntec City). This chain of steakhouse has three branches featuring slightly different menu. Steak remains as the main dish, but the one in Suntec has the most variety. We started off with a glass of champagne and the chef promptly sent over two appetizers: the pork pâté and duck rillettes (rillettes de canard). My Duck confit was juicy and well done. The meat was so tender it slides off the bone. We were quite full after the mains but I was determined to t...
