Tuesday, September 6, 2016. The taste of India: Biryani. India is really incredible, when it comes to food too. Its a paradise for foodies, Kathi Rolls in kolkata, Dosa in the south, Mumbai Kulfi, Idli Sambar, Aloo Tikki, and Chhat, are some of my best street foods which I can't simply ignore. Its served in pot, which you have to pour in the plate by yourself and you get Raita (curd and onion mix) plus some gravy as well. Biryani with Raita and Gravy. I too enjoy the taste. Jag drömde att jag käkade massa kött, antagligen behöver väl min kropp det då, så till frukost käkade jag typ 180 gram fettfritt fläsk kött. (Alltså bara det rosa fina köttet) Det är ca 100 kcal/100 gr. Och så åt jag en portion gröt på rågflingor, 150 kcal. Sen hetsade jag och spydde ut en massa, tills gröten började komma ut.
