Chocolate Days Popsicle Weeks. Yes I did it. Made it through the 10 days, wth loads of supports from the girls lingering here! I finally very very reluctantly got on the scale right before I broke my fast and YES! I had lost ALOT :D. You wanna know how much since, this is a private friends only post I'll tell you. I'm happy and very motivated. A little apprehensve too, of gaining it back. but for now, the happy out-weighs the worried. Thanks for everything, ladies. One day at a time, we can all do it.

Chocolate Days Popsicle Weeks. Anyways just updating my journal as a food diary sort of thing. :(. So far the year has been a mixed bag, doing good some days then ruining it. But since march i've been pretty much on target,. I started with cutting down to b/w 1000 to 1200 cals. Lost 10 lbs in march. Cut down to b/w 600 to 800 cals a day. Other then a few bad encounters with brownies the month was good. Lost 7 lbs till 20 April. Cut down to between 350 to 0 cals a day :). Lost 20 lbs in the first two weeks.
