Engage your mind in other things and you'll be surprised how you can actually forget about food! Here's a great list to get you started that I got from this site. I've edited it from the original just a bit and will be adding to the list! 1 CLEAN YOUR ROOM. 2 BRUSH YOUR TEETH. 3 GET A HOBBY. Try an art class or just go buy paints, pastels, markers or spray paint. Liked biking? Check out a thrift shop for a an inexpensive used bike. Candle making? Loads of fun making your own scents and makes great gifts.

Try to go a whole week using other adjectives than nice or great, fine or OK. (this will help. In the same way is there another way you can phrase "I wanna lose weight"?
