Kayak at 37 pounds is easily hauled around, especially with the dolly I built. Loading the boat with necessary gear, I wheeled it from the parking lot down to the floating pier.

http://cs20dawnpatrol.blogspot.com/2010/12/nc-challenge-2010-sprint-to-finish.html
Saturday, December 4, 2010. NC Challenge 2010: Sprint to the Finish. The sprint to the finish was my favorite part of our NCC'10 adventure aboard. The Log of Spartina: trading tacks and photographs
http://logofspartina.blogspot.com/2014/11/trading-tacks-and-photographs.html
Sunday, November 16, 2014. Trading tacks and photographs. Here are some very, very nice photographs from my friend Roger. He had brought his 1977 Herreshoff ketch Gwylan to the Downrigging Festival. You can see some photographs of Gwylan here. I sent him a disc with a few photographs of Gwylan, he sent me a disc with many images of Spartina. A very nice trade. Our two boats do share a little DNA. Both boats have sails made by Stuart at Dabbler Sails. November 16, 2014 at 9:43 AM. The Bonnie 228 daily logs.
