Weight loss goal accomplished. I slowly began substituting things i would cook with or eat. i learned of some exercises i could do at home since i was unable to go to the gym regularly. i found what worked for me and it worked! After starting diets and workouts and quitting each time, it finally worked. i surpassed my goal weight and continue living a much better lifestyle. Support from family is incredibly valuable. Tuesday, December 10, 2013. Day 10 of 12 Days of DIY Ornaments. I got together with some friends for the 12 Days of DIY Ornaments. I'm day 10 and here is the chalkboard ornament I made:. Making my ornament was rather eventful. Seriously, I could have died! From getting shocked, which is my new norm up now, to stabbing myself. It was crazy, but it's over. I used a drill with a small bit. Chalkboard spray pain (I highly recommend the regular paint verses the spray can). Add your hook and waahhhllllaaa.
