St Christopher is the patron saint of travelers. It's his duty to watch over and protect those who travel. I find that reference both powerful and moving since I'm just starting out on my journey. The hostel is right on next to the canal, which gives great scenery at the pub and restaurant. It's beautiful. Boy how wrong I was.
