http://heidiplumb.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 19, 2013. My parents annual pumpkin party was this weekend. We had pumpkin soup in pumpkin bread bowls. We carved pumpkins. Ate pumpkin pie. And of course dressed up in costumes and played games. Here is our family. We are the justice league. Wonder Woman. Superman. And batman. I don't have any pics of us carving pumpkins as my hands were way too icky. But we had a blast. Here are the pics of the donut eating contest. Each kid had there own technique. Thanks for the fun party mom. I sur...

Saturday, August 1, 2015. Every year Highland celebrates itself with the Highland Fling. Last year, Hailie and Justin were babysitting and took Portia and Jackson to the fireman spray. You would have thought it was the greatest event in the world with the buzz it generated from Portia. She's been looking forward to it FOR A YEAR. Anyway, today was the day! She brought her friend, Emma, along to share in the fun. And fun it was! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Lovebirds - 20 years.

Monday, July 6, 2015. Zack run in his 14th birthday bright and early by leaving to for the Lab about 6:00am. It was our turn to sell parade parking again! Jackson opted for sleeping in, so it was just Jake and Zack. As usual, they made a killing! After coming home and relaxing for a little while, we all headed out for a shopping trip to spend some of Zack's birthday money. He bought these awesome shoes with Grandma Vicki and Grandpa Richard's birthday gift money. Appropriate birthday shoes, huh?

Jim and Jess Plus Four: December 2014
http://jimandjessplus4.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 31, 2014. 2014 brought our family many great moments, and these are some of our favorites. Presenting the Best of the Best in 2014 . . . Award goes to Portia for playing tag at recess. How dare she? And who knew there were "non-tag" areas anyway? Picking on Little Kids. Award without much of a contest. He can't help himself though. I mean really, he's just a giant. And a good looking one too. He can't help it when he breaks their ribs. The Coolest Lacrosse Goal Ever. Goes to the Color...

Jim and Jess Plus Four: A Tricky Trek
http://jimandjessplus4.blogspot.com/2015/07/a-tricky-trek.html
Tuesday, July 7, 2015. To say that Zack was looking forward to Trek would be a lie. It would be better to say he was resigned. He knew there was no way out, so he just kept his mouth shut and got ready to go. Jake (and everyone else) had such a miserable time two years ago, and he made sure Zack knew how horrible it was! Zack got all pioneered up and Jim dropped him at the church Monday morning at 6:20 for his three day Trek. Fast forward two days . . . When pictures like this start surfacing on Facebook!

Jim and Jess Plus Four: August 2015
http://jimandjessplus4.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 19, 2015. School is in Session. I'm still trying to figure out where summer went. For the first time in recorded history, I'm not quite ready to send them back to school. And, believe me, three out of four of them aren't even closes to being ready. But, alas, they went back anyway. Everybody always wakes up so easily on the first day, especially when they know the Keckley's doughnuts are waiting for them outside! L-R: JJ, Jackson, Dane, Hunter and Davis). Everyone had a great first day!

Jim and Jess Plus Four: The Return to Ragnar
http://jimandjessplus4.blogspot.com/2015/06/the-return-to-ragnar.html
Sunday, June 21, 2015. The Return to Ragnar. It's been two years since I ran the Wasatch Back. Injuries and fear of more injuries has kept me away. But 2015 brought a return to the greatest running adventure around . . . Ragnar! Then we got the Brown Beast all decorated and we were ready to go. Oh, that's a whole other story . . . we rented a Suburban, but they were out so we got this fabulous 15 passenger van instead! It turned out to be great, actually. We paused for a quick picture together before I t...
