ThisChick'sLosingit:260lbs gone, and another 30 to go! Wednesday, December 1, 2010. My 100 lbs Weight Gain and Loss! When I was pregnant with my first child, I was at my heaviest weight of 250lbs. I gained 100lbs to be exact from that pregnancy, and at around 5 months I discovered that I had gestational diabetes, which was a major contributor. To my rapid weight gain. At 5 months I had already put on a Whopping 40lbs, and was told that my baby was going to be large. Oh super. Hard works does pays off.

Monday, February 23, 2009. 1 bunch of broccoli steamed. 1/2 lb. rigatoni, cooked. 2 chicken breasts, cooked or grilled then sliced in to finger slices. 1 1/2 cup half and half. 1 1/2 cup chicken stock. 1/2 cup grated cheese. Make sure you have chicken, noodles, and broccoli ready before you start the cheese sauce. 1 pkg of 8 chicken legs. 1 pkg of 8 chicken thighs or your families favorite cuts. 1 Tbsp. kosher salt. 1 Tbsp. ground pepper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
