Sunday, August 2, 2009. Because we plan to do a larger kitchen remodel some time down the road, we decided just to update our existing laminate countertop. We used this cool product called Liquid Granite. To make our counters a bit more chic, without the price tag. Here is a pic of our kitchen before:. And here is a close-up shot of what the "granite" looks like:. Basically, you roll on a solid black background, then "handpaint" the counter with four separate colors to make it look however you like!
