We plant things and hope they'll live. 2014 Garden Project Summary Shots. 2014 Week6: Garden Earwig Traps. June 26, 2014. June 26, 2014. We knew they’d find the garden and establish a beachhead. In droves they came and started to chew away at the vegetables we want to eat ourselves. Those nasty little earwigs. Disgusting insects with a face not even a mother insect could love. But I am not sympathetic. I just want them gone. How do you deal with earwigs? Well, follow the instructions here. Vegetable Gard...

The Reason for the Season…. With Christmas fast approaching, I wanted to take a moment and share with you a new favorite in our household this year! That can be tough when the world around us is screaming. “Gifts, Candy, Toys, Trees, Decorations… more more more! This year, we were introduced to The Story of Christmas: Spark Story Bible Adventures. The Story of Christmas DVD. I always l...

This Gaudy Gilded Stage. Star Wars Teaser Trailer. Friday, Nov 28 2014. We finally got our first glimpse of the new. Movie, and it’s so much better than I had even hoped! Almost my entire life, and I wasn’t really happy that Disney had decided to dump the expanded universe and go in a new direction with the new movie. But I really like the look and feel of this teaser; maybe J.J. Abrams will correct the horrible mistakes of the prequels (which I both hate and adore)! Anything Goes: A Review. 8221; ItR...

Sunday, August 22, 2010. Well, it's been a month, and while no one is reading this as far as I can tell, I guess I should do an update of my fantastically interesting life. Summer has not ceased being busy. I haven't done nearly as much lazing in my bedroom in my pajamas as I'd like to (although, I did devote an entire 4 days to nothing but playing the Sims 3 and watching LoadingReadyRun. Last weekend in particular was very. Made my day. Made my MONTH! Y'know, where the Olympics were held). Call me crazy...
