A few months ago, my grandmother of 94 years passed away. I love my grandmother. But one thing that I never truly understood about her was when she would use the phrase, "I need to go paint my face! As a child I thought it was a joke. As a tween, I thought she was kidding. Makeup helps me feel more confident. It makes me feel "pretty".

The life and times of Ashley and Andrew Davidson. Monday, February 24, 2014. These are the girls' build-a-bears they got for Christmas. Lily chose her Rainbow bear. Aspen's is a red panda. We thought it looked like Aspen so even though it was one of the more expensive ones, we got it. This girl loves this little walker. She walks back and forth in the living room and the hallway over and over. This was about as much creativity I could muster for Valentines'. This girl gets pretty goofy.

We decided to move the books and Lily's little chair into her bedroom. I think she likes it and it's a nice change. It got some stuff out of the living room too so that's a bonus. What a beautiful strawberry blond! Helping Mom sweep the patio. Aspen with her cousin, Jacob. Such a cute little bug! I love my girls.
