It wasn't until I saw it written out that I realized that they are ALL good and greasy places.not surprising. KFC Texas Two Step. Mon-2 pc dark chicken and 2 sides for $2.49. I love the summer veggies in them, but be warned: they are lots of work : ). 1 tablespoon canola oil (& more for tortillas). 2 small zucchini, diced. 1 small red onion, chopped. 1 ear of corn, kernels cut off. 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded. 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack. 1 pound tomatillos, husks removed. 1 jalapeno, seeded. 1 cup cilantro leaves. 1 tablespoon lime juice. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until heated through.
