The amount of work is the same.”. Easier said than done, right now. I went to the gym where we’re staying and was hoping to get a good cardio workout in. Instead I felt exhausted (for no apparent reason), weak, and my hip hurt. After I got back and showered and had a good cry about this all. This morning was a repeat breakfast.

I love food. Trying out new recipes is a hobby and a passion, and though I get myself into some pretty interesting situations in the kitchen (. Did I forget to put the sugar in these cookies? I’ve come up with some pretty yummy stuff. Stay tuned for more recipes as I get in the habit of writing down the creations I come up with. Protein pancakes a la Cheryl. Black bean, cheddar, and spinach quesadilla. Curry in anything but a hurry. Rice, veggie, and baked chicken toss. Brocco-leek and cheddar soup.
