They were talking about what people do to stay young and upright or something to that effect. They had mentioned what a few known personalities said they did but the one about Cliff Richards caught my attention. It was claimed that Sir Cliff said he doesn’t slouch. He stands bolt upright even when he brushes his teeth. I must say I died laughing while thinking…. THIS IS NOT PC!

Why is this a Problem? Ok let me start off by saying Depression is not just effecting a few people its effecting MILLIONS! So this is why I say depression is not a personal problem it is social and effecting so many people around you. "Of the estimated 17.5 million Americans who are affected by some form of depression, 9.2 million have major or clinical depression". There are 311,591,917. As far as me personally I take each of those 17.5 million people as serious and worth caring for.
