February 18, 2013. I decided I needed to do something by myself. So after I left Boston, I traveled to Cambodia by myself for about two weeks. It was. liberating and I experienced some sort of calm that I never felt before. I didn’t worry about job applications; I didn’t worry about the weather, or bundling up; I didn’t worry about my car breaking down; I didn’t worry about anything. Security blocked the roads and these students were whipping out their phones in hope for a photo of Mr. President. Ah, technology. November 4, 2012. The Shoe-rebuilder (shoe cobbler). These Little Things That I Have To Say. A journal of very short stories. Posts Tagged ‘mpaa’. Music in a metallic rainbow. Friday, April 17th, 2015. Last weekend I played music inside a metallic rainbow. The song was Sugar Boom, and the tenor steel drum reflected blue, yellow, violet, green and orange up into my face as I was playing. I needed a GoPro attached to my forehead. Tenor at rest during a lighting test. With my hands busy playing, the photos I could get were between songs during rehearsal.
