It is a fact that most people will avoid these twenty minutes, they turn down the offer, too afraid to even venture into that realm. But why? So, now your looking at the issuer as if there is something owed, and finally the answer: "I just wanted to let you know you were negative." A sigh of relief and special appreciation to the people making it possible because thanks to them it will always be life or death.
