A break from the motherese. I hate Page 3. →. September 20, 2013. Ziggler has completed a whole nine days at school. In this time I have no idea what she has learnt, of course, but I have learnt something new every day. Literally. Not corpus literally but actual real literally, as Ziggler herself would say if she knew the word or either of its definitions. Anyway. 9 things have I learnt, and here are they. A break from the motherese. One of those afternoons. November 17, 2011. I was going to blog about something else but yesterday afternoon was utterly horrific and I have to get it off my chest. OK, not utterly horrific in a multiple tragedy kind of way, but in the way that can only happen with two very small children, at that time in the afternoon and when you’ve got PMT and daddy isn’t due back from work for hours. However actually it was all fine and we had a cup of tea and a Breakaway and a nice chat.
