Long time never post.today almost slept in class during mt very sleepy. duno now a days feel like sleeping in class but not at home. today got NAFA. 1st sit-up did 41. 2nd pull-up did 38 then the teacher told that it was the higher so far :). 3rd did shuttle run 11.75. 4th was standing board jump got 3 trys first jump got 195cm next 209- highest third got 202. 5th was sit n reach i got 31cm then got retry then did 37cm.
