From Betsy Richter, Broker, Austin Home Sales. Sincerely, David Clark, Owner/Maker, Kartwheel Co. Sincerely, Susan & Paul Bushart, home owner. Old Texas floors recently helped us with our purchase of 550 2×4′s for our new high- end fitness facility and coffee bar. Mike was extremely helpful during the whole process and delivered exactly what he promised. Best of all, the wood looks beautiful. Dan Yudin, Owner/Operator, Spark Fitness Club. What is longleaf pine? Longleaf is a particular species of Southern yellow pine. It is treasured because of its beauty, rich colors, dense grain, durability and resistance to pests and decay. Where is it reclaimed from? Why no new longleaf? Why is this wood special?
