Monday, July 21, 2014. So I obviously have not been blogging much lately. Life gets busy, laundry needs to be done, socks need to be sorted and re-distributed, dishes, vacuuming, dusting and oh yeah I started working 20 hours a week RIGHT SMACK DAB IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER! What was I thinking? Oh and my husband has to travel once a month for his job. My youngest daughter had a birthday (she is now 12! So somewhere in there these things have fallen off my radar:. Is anyone else out there getting spammed?

Friday, August 30, 2013. My 11 year old daughter apparently. I mean I can see not eating the "oat" cereal but she left the marshmallow charms. In there and said she was DONE eating! Those freaking charms are the best freaking part of this cereal. I wish they made a box of Lucky Charms with just those "charms" and nothing else! Sunday, December 29, 2013. Saying Goodbye is So Hard. No, I'm not here to say goodbye to any of you, but rather we had to say goodbye to our furbaby, Magnus. He was such an awesome cat. Magnus picked us out. Out of all the kittens to choose from, he was the ONLY one who came over and played with us, batting at our shoelaces and begging us to take him home. I really wanted to take 2 kittens home, but he really stood out, and so it was meant to be only 1. He was very much loved. Monday, December 23, 2013.

Thursday, May 22, 2014. So if you have ever spent anytime at all reading my blog you know my recipes are totally NOT about exact measuring but more about tossing stuff together. Pizza is a constant demand in my household. And while we rarely "order delivery" of a pizza, I do buy frozen ones to keep in the freezer for those times when I just can't or don't have the time to make a nice from-scratch meal. But I've found a way to eliminate the carbs for pizza IF I'm willing to put in a little extra effort.
