In the Crazy Life of Heidi. Sunday, November 30, 2008. Busy Busy Last Few Days. Then for Thanksgiving we went down to my parents house it was very nice to see everyone. We had a great Thanksgiving. Zach loved to play with his uncle Aaron and let me tell you he had Aaron wrapped around his finger. It was a lot of fun to see. We are doing great can't complain about much. He had too much fun waving the sticks in the cat's face then saying "no, no, no". Zach watching the puppy at Grandma's. We Are Still Alive.

It is a little village in the mountains that really hasn't been accessible before the road was built there about 50 years ago, due to the extreme snow that they get. It is not uncommon for the village to see upwards of 9 feet of wet, wet, wet snow. They have thatch on the roof that is something like three feet thick.
