Krissy's Life as Mom. 2-3 cooked chicken breast cubed. 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. 1 package of taco seasoning. 1 can of diced tomatoes and the juice. 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese. 2 cups of white rice. A couple handfuls of corn chips crunched up for a topping! Mix all ingredients together, pour into a casserole dish, Top with corn chips and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35 Min. Water to cover the bottom of the crock pot. 1 tbsp of minced garlic. 1/2 of an onion sliced. Quote of the day!
