How to alienate a customer for only $5. My intent for ThisQuarter’s blog isn’t to use it as a forum for touting the egregious customer service violations I experience in my daily life. The other day I was digging through my wallet to find my frequent buyer card for the haircut place I go to. After I got in my car I started looking through all of the frequent buyer cards I had in my wallet. I had 8 cards for restaurants, sporting goods, office products and grocery stores.
