Friday, July 10, 2015. Nothing much to do (because housework can wait) and not wanting to waste beautiful summer afternoons. First stop : Frenchman's Bay in Pickering. Pretty stairs welcoming summer. And what is summer without bikes? This one may be out of commission, but still photo worthy. The marina made more beautiful with flowers. Monday, July 13, 2015. What to do on a perfect summer afternoon to close the weekend? Revisit the familiar. For us, it is Rosetta McLean Park where flowers are abloom (actually, the roses have started to dry). Couples, friends and family enjoy this park located at the South end part of Scarborough. Just serene and colorful. Side entrance with white flowers is just as inviting. Even birds like this cardinal love this park. And with as yet no sign to remind one that its fresh young beauty will ever fade.

Airports, while waiting in line, or at home having some ME time - I turn to my crayola and coloring book. Back then, people look at me differently. Nowadays, coloring books for adults are in the front shelves of bookstores, there are several groups in social media and free coloring pages can be found on the internet.
