The Thomas Devlin Fund has been established in memory of the 15 year old school boy Thomas Devlin murdered on the Somerton Road Belfast Northern Ireland on the 10th August 2005. The purpose of the fund is to raise money to commission a sculpture, which will celebrate young people and their future and provide scholarships in arts and music.
