Saturday, December 26, 2009. 1 ½ tsp Baking Soda. 189; tsp Baking Powder. 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon. 189; tsp Ground Allspice. 189; tsp Ground Cloves. 2 pinches Ground Nutmeg. 1 ½ tsp Ground Ginger. 1 cup White Sugar. 1 cup Brown Sugar. 2 Tbsp Butter, Softened. 2 Tbsp Canola Oil. 3/4 Cup Apple Sauce. 1/4 Cup Liquid Egg Substitue. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract. 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon. 1 1/2 tsp White Sugar. 4- Bake in preheated oven until edges are golden, and the bottoms are slightly darker. Cool on wire rack.

We spent Christmas Eve with our neighbors at their church and got to participate in a really neat Candle Light Silent Night.great experience! Sunday we talked the kids into waiting to open presents (really.we did! We couldn't believe it either! Now he can smell good! He's wanted a guitar like.FOREVER! Santa brought all the boys Nerf guns.even Dad! Excited about this present! I think we keep Lego in buisness every Christmas.

Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Last week we had temperatures in the high 80s (it was short lived, today we are 49! Of course that meant that all the kids were out to enjoy the sunshine. I told them they could put the sprinkler under the trampoline and jump. They had a blast. One of Josh's friends told me that I was the best mom ever!
