I got the response from the buyer around 8 last night, and they basically want me to give them another four-grand to fix up this house. Mostly for the cost of fixing the electrical issues that exist. So I've asked to see the inspection report so I know that what the buyer is telling me are actual issues that were found by the home inspector. I think that only makes sense.
