Monday, August 27, 2012. First Day of School. Plumb sings a song that expresses my feelings perfectly. The first time I heard it was not long after Emma was born and it has been one of my favorites ever since. I think I have listened to it at least 4 times today. Who wouldn't want to always keep their children close and protect them from all the bad things in the world? So full of wonder. And as i watch. You start to grow up. All I can do is hold you tight.
