What happened to quiet? Posted by Jennn Partlow. A few years ago, Gene and Claire got us an annual membership to our local children's museum. In Poughkeepsie. During that year, Levi and I would head up there. Pretty often, either by car or train, and explore the museum. Once our membership expired, we didn't really go back. Mommy's a bit of a cheapskate. This summer though, with two little ones and a whole bunch of wide open days to fill, the children's museum was back on the docket! Things that amuse me.

It's a little hard to believe that much time has passed, and I'm more than a little bummed that a year's worth of documentation of events, feelings, accomplishments, disappointments, and lessons learned were not recorded here. So, here is the last year in a nutshell:. What were we ever worried about? Then off to Chicago where we celebrated the life of Grandma Lois and enjoyed time with family.
