They are a sacred place where we expect to lay down our loved ones in peace and serenity. In areas near surface mines, family cemeteries can be disturbed, cut off from access or even destroyed by blasting and other mining activity. Wednesday, July 4, 2012. I have been working on this diagram for a few months now. It is certainly not complete or perfect - but here it is. Recently I attended a presentation by the group Deep Green Resistance. The concept of Land Based Resistance Oriented Communities was mentioned by the group and really appeals to me.
