Thought of the Jay! My soapbox to the world. Thursday, February 28, 2013. My schedule doesn't easily allow me to fully workout everyday. Typically I have about three days a week where I can find time to break a sweat, but schedules often change and "emergencies" seem happen and get in the way. To supplement my normal workout schedule, and add some consistency to my routine, I've decided to do 100 pushups everyday for 100 days. As I'm writing this post I've just completed day 46.
