Wednesday, February 9, 2011. For some reason it seems right to do 15 minutes of yoga at night as my daily exercise. It's been an insanely busy week, so dancing mostly during the first week and now doing some winding-down style yoga seems to fit this week. I anticipate amping it up a bit soon when I start walking less too (I've been doing a lot of long trudges through the snow lately. Anyway, yes, Esther again tonight until my computer died and I had to finish the rest from memory. BUT I DON'T WANT TO!

Saturday, February 12, 2011. So I didn't do yoga last night. I'd already settled down and gotten too comfortable and didn't want to risk getting revved up/distracted the night before the market. My feet felt like cold, heavy plastic bags filled with damp soil. First day of my period. Forgot my tea mug. Shiiiit. Now for some more X-Files! I will try this next month!

Tuesday, March 1, 2011. March's goal is to take essential fatty acids every day. This takes approximately 1 minute to execute, but I've still never managed to make it a habit. More on EFAs when my wrist isn't sprained. Today I took my EFAs- actually I thought for 2 seconds "what will March's goal be? And I immediately knew this had to be it. 1 tbsp. hemp oil, 2 tsp. nutravege. This is what I will try to take every day if I have them in the house. So yesterday, I walked for 15 minutes and made Crowbars.
