Monday, January 11, 2010. I cried for a boy I didn't really know. I cried for his family, and I cried for his friends. Taylor died Sunday afternoon. It was a head-on collision. No drugs or alcohol were involved. Speed wasn't a factor. He drifted the wrong way at the wrong time,. And with that, he was gone. Taylor was 20 years old. He had a great, subtle, smile that you couldn't miss. He had many friends, and a family who loves him. He was in college waiting to arrive at his future. That's how I knew him.

Wednesday, December 23, 2009. I wish that my will power was more. Food just nags too much. I was doing so well. Thursday, December 3, 2009. A Tiny Little Booth. I don't believe that speaking to God through an intermediate person is the way to speak. Maybe that's why I'm not Catholic. I'm a Christian. No specific denomination, just a believer and follower of Christ. I pray like a good Christian should. I ask for forgiveness like a good Christian should. But sometimes that doesn't feel like enough.

Monday, August 23, 2010. I don't want to leave home. I don't want to walk away from what's safe. I don't want to learn things based on University requirements. I don't want to be bombarded with talk of parties or late night cram sessions for a class I don't care about. I don't want things to change. I always cry when things change. I know, I'm whining. I get it. I'm privileged as fuck and there is no reason for this. I'm just not comfortable with everything that's happening. It's all too fast.
