Saturday, March 13, 2010. Fire it up a notch BAM! LOL I’m lucky because the fire extinguisher is in our bedroom, I know it makes no sense. Brett says if there is a fire you want it where you sleep so your ready to go. So the recipe is below just keep that fire extinguisher handy! Have a plate of whole wheat flour, a plate of panko breadcrumbs, and a bowl of egg whites handy. Put chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs. Heat up 2 TBSP of olive oil in pan. If needed add some more. Now the fun part!
