Liberty Boat 19 x 7 x 9 Cast Glass, mixed media, lampwork, welded metal stand. These pieces are Pate de Verre cast glass and mixed media. They are very strong because of the process Jody is using for her glass art. The metal stands can be set on a table or mounted onto a wall. Jody will be making different sizes and themes, incorporating both cast glass and lampworking. My Children's Book Launch! These pieces were inspired by walking on the beach with my three Welsh Corgies. The video and sound work was done by Robbie Cribbs, there are three shots of water video in a continuous loop. The boats are one of a kind cast glass with lamp worked wing paddles. They are very rest full and thoughtfull. We are all our own vessels and on our own journey.
