January 22, 2013. Yesterday I took the kids down to South Ga to explore our potential new hometown… joy. We saw a lot of nothing. So I took the kids 2 hours west to hike in Georgia’s “little grand canyon”. B&B have wanted to go to the real grand canyon for a long time- and are finally old enough this yr- but we havent ventured out that way yet. Everything I enjoy just feels dead to me right now…Running, writing, all of my hobbies- just shallow and pointless. About Daniel’s health scare, watching him, seeing him-the only person in the world that knows me completely inside and out- seeing him battle for his life- I don’t know, it made me think. Maybe that should suffice.
