Life through my Lens. Tuesday, October 30, 2012. 262 Miles. Done. Y'all, I did it. I ran a marathon. 26.2 miles. Not a 5k, 10k, or half marathon, but the full thing. The real deal. It's still hard for me to wrap my head around it. It was exciting, tiring, hard, cold, sweaty, windy, and incredible! The crowds were amazing and the sights were breathtaking. Maybe I didn't run as fast as I thought I would, but I don't even care. I did it, and that's all that matters right now. Labels: Marine Corps Marathon.

Well for a movie lover like me, this really was a challenge. Even moving away from just thinking about my favorite movies to movies that I had strong emotional ties to didn’t narrow the field much. Apparently, I’m a tad over-emotional and I get emotionally invested far too easily. So here you go, in no particular order:. This is the first one that came to mind.

I have been so into makeup lately and although I am not by any means some fancy social media makeup guru, I am the typical mom who likes to look good without spending a fortune. Sure there are some products that are worth the splurge, but finding affordable products is just a win win situation. I purchased 3 new lipsticks and I am crazy about them! My husband loves it on me. He says it gives me a soft playful look! And for under $3, it is a steal! Mar 5, 2015.
