Blue Limelight: Stem cells and politicians
http://inthebluelimelight.blogspot.com/2010/08/stem-cells-and-politicians.html
Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Stem cells and politicians. I'm not usually one to get upset about the doings of politicians. It's politics. I get it. It's just how things work. But every once in a while I run across something that just gets under my skin. Some hypocrisy - not the manufactured hypocrisy that campaigns pretend to be upset about to score some points, but hte real hypocrisy. Something like this:. Look what I found. It seems like dozens of blogs are all repeating the talking point that Mary Jo Kilroy is a socialist, because we haven’t grown up since the Red Scare. I wasn’t around last cycle, but seems like this is a mostly recycled charge that has plenty of evidence to the contrary. The attack has taken both Kilroy and Bob Fitrakis, who briefly co-edited the paper with her in the early ’90s, by surprise. Though they’ve since had a parting of the ways, they agreed the. Blue Limelight: So it goes
http://inthebluelimelight.blogspot.com/2010/08/so-it-goes.html
Tuesday, August 17, 2010. My dad met the Governor last week. He voted for him last time around, but has gotten pretty pissy over the last year or so. Not just at the Gov. Everyone. Obama especially. Amazing what one personal interaction can do, though. I wouldn't have bet money on it a week ago, but I'll totally put down cash that he votes for Strickland on November. Too bad the Strickland crowd doesn't know it doesn't have to worry now. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Thoughts by pastor amber. Thoughts, spiritual, leadership,. On Sunday mornings I introduce our worship team. Such an amazing group of talented people. People that over the past year have truly become my family. I am very bless. Being in the worship team is a calling. It’s not something to go into lightly. There is a lot of work that goes into being part of this team. Like all teams within the church prayer and seeking direction from the Lord is part of being on this team. January 15, 2017. Baths I’...

Inspiring Lives With Writing. Writer’s Skill: What Does It Take? July 19, 2015. Have you been considering a writer’s surgery, a writer’s pill or a writer’s blood transfusion lately? Maybe because you think your writer’s skill sucks. Or, because you think there is more to writing than writing itself. Thoughts By Robert – Life's Thoughts in Words
January 12, 2017. The scope of this, any and every life is limited. Not by the length of intangible vision. But the impact every impending emotion. Manifest the creatures in the darkest closet. We are but children hiding behind blankets. Wanting to just play and let go of confusing intellect. Lament fear comforting our solitary presence. Escape tends to be the average and singular resolve. Wishes sent away with a bottle in hopes to be answered. Except, the mind never leaves our attendance. To accept or n...

March 26, 2015. What is this self inside us, this silent observer, severe and speechless critic, who can terrorize us. Skip to main content. Skip to secondary content. An ellipses in action . . . Sallie’s Miracle Car. May 17, 2015. I wrote this blog for my official Go Fund Me Campaign page. Embarrassed and humbled, I was taken by a friend to a used car dealership where I bought my dark green 1995 Toyota Camry. She was definitely a step down, but I made my payments faithfully and she became mine on August 8, 2007. Side note: there is a reason parking spots are marked “compact! Thoughts By Sally Baker. A topnotch WordPress.com site. September 26, 2016. Climbing over her desk was a slight challenge, but I managed to stop an angel figurine from falling just before it woke her. She whispered What are you? My fingers slid forward along her waistline to find her belly, making slow circles there and pulling her tightly against me. Damn That’s my girl. Fuck, you’re teasing me too, bitch. I’d think. Of course, I’d never have told her that. Instead, I was the supportive girl fri...And t...
