Things I learn and experience along the way…. Wrapping up my week…. January 8, 2011. Wow, what a week! Back from Paris on Sunday, and just slammed the entire week! Every day I have been at my rehab house, working on it- painting, assembling my billion piece Ikea kitchen, scraping, digging, knocking shit down, putting stuff up… I. Love. This. Job. Vacant house- and to see the beehive of activity transforming it every day is so incredible…next time I must bring a video camera! Or wait, whats that line?

Things I learn and experience along the way…. Albuquerque – what to do, what to eat! January 5, 2011. ABQ is great- it isnt “do you want chili” it is “red or green”. We eat it on every meal- from cheeseburgers, to posole, on top of bagels and in our stew. Make sure and ask which one is hotter- it depends on season and the particular restaurant. Remember, honey on a chip will kill the heat better than anything else! Make sure you check out Frontier restaurant. If you get a chance, check out the aquarium.

After hearing your struggles with anxiety and sinus problems due to stress and lack of sleep, which I believe has also been caused by your reduced adrenal and kidney function, here is my Rx for you my friend! Caffeine, caffeine, caffeine! White flour anything (bread). Carrot, celery etc.
