You need to serve about 2 people:. 1/4 cup of buckwheat flour. 1/4 cup of almond meal. 1 small teaspoon of baking powder. 1/4 cup of milk. 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste (or vanilla essence). 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (which gives a really nice caramel taste but you can omit the sugar if you prefer). Butter (or coconut oil) to cook the pancakes. Combine the wet and dry mixtures together.
