Now instead of being in pottery to make plants they are in meals. I found a few recipes that looked great and thought I would try them. The first one I made was a Chia and mango pudding. It was delicious. Not only did it taste good, but also it was very healthy. 1 cup of plain greek yogurt. 1 cup of coconut milk. 1/4 cup of chia seeds. July 12, 2014.
