Books Are For Everyone!: October 2009
http://thoughtsofanltastudent.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 22, 2009. I have to say I really enjoyed doing this program and would love to do it again at a more advanced level if given the chance. I loved learning about Google Reader and Flicker. I got to share some my favorite sites with my co-workers and it taught me to remember to check my Twitter and Yammer accounts much more then I used to. It was great seeing what my co-workers posted about each week and I might keep this blog updated with book reviews and the like just to see what happens.
Books Are For Everyone!: September 2009

Tuesday, September 29, 2009. WELCOME TO THE FUTURE! If you want to take a look at where we will be techwise in 100 years just watch Futurama. *waits for the giggles to die down* I'm serious, Matt Groening has created a world where the technology makes sense. Tubes to take you anywhere you want to go, delivery companies that send packages by space ship, robots designed to do almost anything you want. Something to think about isn't it? Friday, September 25, 2009. You Tube aka How Do You Know. The second is...
Books Are For Everyone!: Zoho Writer
http://thoughtsofanltastudent.blogspot.com/2009/10/zoho-writer.html
Sunday, October 18, 2009. In all honesty I like open source software but Zoho needs some work. Unlike MS Office, which allows you to spell check each word as it comes up and fix a mistake right in the document, Zoho requires you to run a spell check any time an issue comes up. Not only that, but the software does pick up some mistakes while glossing over others. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Books Are For Everyone! Web 20 Award Winners. Books Are For Everyone!: Library Thing
http://thoughtsofanltastudent.blogspot.com/2009/10/library-thing.html
Tuesday, October 13, 2009. I was using this site back when it was in it's beta form and I have to say I like it much better now then it was then. It's much easier to use, search and tag and also it allows you to leave reviews and rate each of the books in your library. I've only added five books for now here. But the moment I get a chance I hope to add more. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Books Are For Everyone! Web 20 Award Winners. RSS Feeds: Putting Information All in One Place.

Just another WordPress.com site. NEVA been A Gucci Mane FAN. August 20, 2011. I never liked thuggish rap other than tupac. Most rappers these days seem to be nothing but bluff but when I actually took time out of my schedule to listen to a few of gucci mane tracks, I was like, “well good golly wolly damn” I digg Gucci manes music hes pretty tight . I think even my momz listens to some of his music. Fashion, history, technology, logic, theory, college life, businees internship, journal. February 9, 2011.

Thoughts of an Introvert. Protocol Oriented Programming in Swift 2.0. So I’m really curious about this video at WWDC this year. I’m trying to wrap my mind around this concept, which is definitely a challenge. Through my career of programming I’ve only used Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); so Protocol-Oriented Programming (POP? Sounds like a pretty cool concept. However, POP has some limitations with the current usage of classes in iOS development. Protocols and Structs Instead of Classes. I do think th...

The Thoughts of an IT Student. Monday, 19 January 2009. Labels: The Knowledge Worker. Friday, 16 January 2009. What is the problem from the company’s point of view? The problem from the company’s point of view is that it is now struggling and that it is running currently at an overall loss. This is because now total costs had exceeded revenue, this means that there was more money going out than there was going into the company. What is the problem from Neil’s point of view? Apart from a reduction in the ...

A Stream of Consciousness. The random ramblings of my mind and my thoughts on the world around me. Tuesday, 21 May 2013. Why Can't Women Dress? I have written before about the questionable sartorial choices of men. It is called underwear for a reason. Other girls decided to follow suit. Unfortunately for them, as well as being admired, they were subject to much school playground sniggering. Shoes are another area where are a lot of young women fall down (literally).
