May 9, 2013. 250g (quarter of a kilo) thin beef strips. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (use sesame oil for a more “Asian-y” taste). 4 full tablespoons honey. 4 tablespoons light soy sauce. 4 tablespoons cyder vinegar (or rice vinegar ). 2 teaspoons ginger powder. 3 crushed garlic cloves with garlic press. 1 teaspoon creamy peanut butter. 2 meduim spring onions sliced on a diagonal.
