One of the greatest things living with roommates is sharing and able to connect with each other with the love of food. I had two pints of fresh blueberries in my fridge and decide to bust them out for some yummy muffins for Thanksgiving breakfast. I prepare everything and realize… my muffin pans are gone! Ingredients:8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened at room temperature.

Tuesday, April 24, 2012. A Rant about Parking. This digresses from my normal entries but I was so struck by this that I had to write it down somewhere. I went to Costco today to pick up some yummy Chicken Caesar Salad. (it's really good and cheap! And as I was driving around to find a parking space I realized an amazing analogy to life and in particular relationships.
