Oreo Muffins and Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting. 120g butter soften @ room temperature. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 2 teaspoon baking powder. 1 cup fresh milk. 1 cup Oreo cookie chunks. Optional: 1/4 cup chocolate rice. Preheat oven to 190 degree Celcius. Cream butter and sugar until soft and fluffy. Add egg gradually. Beat well. Sift flour and baking powder. Thursday, September 17, 2009. I was so honored when a friend asked me to bake up 100 cupcakes for her son's 1st birthday. She picked the Banana Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting. I was so excited that I miscalculated (so sorry Candy ) and end up with 84 pieces only. I made these with 3 portions of Banana Cake recipe. Grandmum was having a Rosary group prayer at her house so I decided to give mom a break and bake something to serve after rosary. I decided to bake a Orange Yogurt Cake. And my all-time favourite bake Banana Cake. Actually its a bread but because Sarawak is blessed with really gud and flavourful bananas, the recipe whips up a pretty gud cake). 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
