Threadbare Designs - a Weaver's Journey
Threadbare Designs - a Weaver's Journey. Rainbow's End Beginning banner. Online Product Registration Form. Thursday, August 13, 2015. I finished the Pebble Weave towels that I was posting about last time, and I love love love. I'm not alone - 3 of the 4 towels are already sold, with the fourth spoken for unless sold at the fair. threadbare -- fashion forward designs
Threadbare - fashion forward designs. Tuesday, January 13, 2015. That's right, it was me! Everybody asked me if I was going to design my own dress, NO, NO WAY! I had a really hard time figuring out what to wear on my head, I wanted a hat, but I also wanted my hair to be awesome, so I made this hybrid hat / fascinator. Instead of a veil I added netting into the silk flowers and velvet leaves. To say that this day came out even better than I had planned is an understatement! Threadbare - fashion forward.

Scraps, Spools, and Spines
Scraps, Spools, and Spines. Sunday, December 7, 2008. November 7,8, and 9 was the annual fall quilt retreat. I look forward to my Spring and Fall get aways mostly because I need uninterupted time to create - time I never seem to get at home. Both retreats are held out of town, and for the Fall 2008 retreat, we stayed at the Radisson in Lacrosee. This is the view from my room. Cathy (my roomate) was working on this pinwheel table runner. I love the colors. My delightful friend and roommate, Kathy. The Qui...
