Benefits offered to the Victims. ToF focuses on reintegrating victims of trafficking back into society. When a woman escapes a brothel, her confidence and self-esteem are at an all-time low. Because many of these women are forced into the sex industry at a young age, they lack the training and social skills needed to find quality employment. Accommodation in a Women's Hostel:.
