Our fantastic timing meant that we listed it a day before ice descended on our little part of Kansas, followed by the Super Bowl, followed by a day or preparation for a blizzard, followed by said-blizzard. As I write, the world outside is covered in white and all schools and most workplaces are closed. The fact that we've had 4 showings under these conditions is a very good thing, in my opinion.
