Discussion on Education (RETIRED BLOG): 88% of DC 8th-graders can't read
http://discusseducation.blogspot.com/2008/09/88-of-dc-8th-graders-cant-read.html
Discussion on Education (RETIRED BLOG). Discussion on Education (RETIRED BLOG). Tuesday, September 09, 2008. 88% of DC 8th-graders can't read.
